Now that does make sense, since we (Melbourne) might be the cafe capital of the world. 1928? Must be one of my distance Italian relatives that installed that if it was named Cafe Florentino lol, although my father's family was from the South not the North :-)

There is sure more than one thing.

The why are we doing the project? from the client point of view and from management.

That should facilitate communication later.

Communication briefing, kick-off,.....
