Hi Anonymous. Here are some things to think about. First the components of each policy should include:
* Statement of Intent – Reasoning & Rationale – the Why
* Statement of Value –Value Being Delivered & to Whom
* The Policy - Text of the Policy
* Statement of Execution – how and under what circumstances the policy applies
* Guidelines for Overriding the Policy – the * Circumstances Supporting Override & Authority Required
* Statement of Consequence – Penalty for Non Compliance---

With that in mind here are some topics you might want to develop policies for:

* Scope Management - Initial & Changes
* Quality Management
* Project Authorization & Initiation
* Status Reporting
* Use of Approved Tools
* Standards Compliance - Documentation - Processes - Tools
* Project Justification - Business Case - ROI - Budget - Time Line
* Project Team Formation & Resources
* Post Project Performance Reviews

Hope this helps
