A project manager is planning and discovering that he has many different deliverables that must be performed in sequencing with the beginning of each depending on the completion of the previous delivery. Which is the best attitude for the project manager?

a) Obtain a project chart for each work product

I think is
a- Obtain a project charter for each work product.

a separate project, should be managed accordingly, a project charter for each deliverable is required.

I would have said c) but there doesn't appear to be a crystal clear answer. All the answers need to be worded correctly so one can zero in on the correct answer.

I would narrow it down to c or d. Then guess c. It is an oddly worded question, but c is the closest to an "attitude" of all of the answers.

A project has start and end, and have a product, service, or exclusive result. according to this question, the described deliverables shall be made in sequence, pointing that each delivery depends on the preview one to the work continue. Each of this deliveries is, actually, a project alone and shall be managed this way. So it is necessary a Project chart for each delivery (Rita Malcahy)
