When you say a Kanban chart, do you mean a Kanban board?

If so, then any tool which constructs boards as a query or view on a database of work items would likely work - JIRA being just one possible option.

If you are referring to a CFD chart and aggregating those, then Excel might be another option using an extract from JIRA or a similar tool...

Smartsheet, Kanbanize, KanbanFlow, I believe all of these have multiple kanban boards.
