What is the best online project management software (that also offers a mobile app)?

A software that allows users to:
- monitor individual project progress
- compare the progress of multiple projects
- allows for access restrictions such as view only & comment only

In this environment, most of the team members are remote and located in different time zones.

Probably Asana. I say that with limit experience using Asana a while back, but have read good reviews about Asna's mobile app.
