What changes you see in Project Quality Management KA of PMBOK v6?

The big disappointment for me was they dropped a number of the tools which I really liked such as Pareto...

This is another major change. (2) Removing the Pareto Tool & Technique

Pareto 80:20 was really useful.
One thing I am worry about that the quantituve part is getting chopped more and more.

I think the obvious change is the name, previously stated by Sante. That sound like a nice change to reduce confusion. I did get question regarding Quality Assurance and Quality Control, the new name seem more inclusive.

Like other part of PMBOK they drop tools, does it mean PMI believe those tools to be outdated or useless.

I think knowing about tools , methods,... specially if t is not your top knowledge could be at the least informative.
