I think as the most important part of PM job is negotiation, PMBOK should focus more on this subject

There are many subject that needs more focus in the PMBOK but remember, the PMBOK is a guide which means in order to go in depth with any subject there, you need to explore more than one resource.

As Rami has indicated, the Guide is not expected to cover all the knowledge needed to b3 a successful PM whereas the PMBOK is a virtual collection of all of this knowledge and would include such good books on the subject like "Getting to Yes" or "Getting past No".
