I've just been using the Project Publisher to collaborate with my team by publishing my Project tasks and schedule to Windowns Sharepoint Services. Finally everyone on my team can not only see their tasks, they can send me their updates automatically. I am really pleased with the ease of syncing Project and Sharepoint--it really saves me time! I'm not sure why Microsoft didn't just build this into Project from the get go.
