Template as a Web/Desktop Application

Is there any application which has all the templates in the application form and tightly integrated with MS Project and Outlook? All the templates in the downloads section are required at a stage in project management and if these can be enforced by PMs then most of the process can be simplified and covers many a condition for CMMi.
