online sign off

We are wanting to get rid of the need for physical sign off's and have all done online directly updating our CRM system.

how many people are doing this already? And would anyone like to share how they dealt with obtaiing client agreement to use an online form to sign projects off? Also are they any legal issues with not obtaiing a physical signature?

Did you ever get an answer about using forms and storing them in CRM? We want to do the same thing with our business.
