PMI Customer care is not responding my queries. I have been waiting their reply for more than 10 days. I sent umpteen times reminder but no response. Anyone know their SLA's? Is there any way to escalate to 2nd level?

Hi Senthil, did you try online chat.my experience is very good with customer care. sometime online chat is very busy. After their suggestion through online chat is have sent a email. They have given the response very promptly. I just share my experience.

Hi Senthil,
You should try to online chat during USA working hours. The Online chat will enabled during USA working hours on pmi.org site. You ping there and you will get your queries clarified. There are very much supportive. Only you need to wait 20-30 mins to get representative due to too many requests.

Try online chat, then phone call if that does not get your question answered. That has worked for me in the past. Barraging them certainly will not help. Be patient and respectful.

I am working .... looking at on line webinars to earn the remaining PDUs I need to maintain my PMP. Will they be posted by 7/15/2020 when I need them. I believe i have 3 left to take which i plan to do today.
