I think you mean any Agile frameworks. Some won't make sense to use with for example hardware infrastructure projects. Or the better way to say that is some would be a better fit than others. You wouldn't use XP to rollout 5,000 computers, but you might use Scrum, and you might even use Lean. These choices are in the absence of the most likely approach to "infrastructure projects (hardware and network)", that being waterfall. Saving Changes...
