Can you use any Agile methodology to manage infrastructure projects (hardware and network)?

In my actual work place we use Scrum framework, DSDM and our own Agile based life cycle to perform initiatives related to infrastructure.Because Agile is not a method we use Agile practices with our waterfall based life cycle and an hybrid life cycle too.

I think Dr. Sergio said it all. " Because Agile is not a method we use Agile practices with our waterfall based life cycle and an hybrid life cycle too"

I think you mean any Agile frameworks. Some won't make sense to use with for example hardware infrastructure projects. Or the better way to say that is some would be a better fit than others. You wouldn't use XP to rollout 5,000 computers, but you might use Scrum, and you might even use Lean. These choices are in the absence of the most likely approach to "infrastructure projects (hardware and network)", that being waterfall.
