Have you seen the Business Intelligence Department on Gantthead? There's quite a lot there, but George is right - people usually need more specifics in order to have a productive discussion.

Having been involved in 2 BI projects, I'd suggest you take extra steps up front to avoid scope creep/revision due to lack of understanding what the technology provides. We run detailed capability demos and trainign for key business users so they understand what is possible prior to defining their requirements. Then when they come to do this they can frame their requirements based on what the BI technology can provide. The alternative is they wait until they get their first deliverables and realise just how powerful the tools are, and then what they have asked for changes!
