The organizers of PMEXPO promised to have participant PDUs credited in 14-21 days. It's been nearly a month now, but no updates and no PDUs. Anyone else having an issue?

There is another discussion thread on this at https://www.projectmanagement.com/discussi...PMXPO-2018-PDU-

No one has seen their PDU's. Have you tried contacting PMI Customer Care? https://www.projectmanagement.com/pdf/PMXPO_2018_PDU_Info1.pdf

I always self-report.

Same here. No PDUS for PMXPO 2018. I also watched some sessions on demand, and for them also no PDUs yet. But it might be just a matter of time. Let us be patient :-)

Please note that the timeline of 14 - 21 days is Business Days based on a 5 day week!

Joseph,

No one yet received any PDU’s. I contacted PMI earlier last week and this was ther response:

“It generally takes 14-21 business days for PDUs to process for a virtual event. For PMXPO, it may take longer than what you're used to seeing as the attendee size tends to be much larger for this event.”

They should be credited anytime now - Don’t worry, they sure will automatically be credited.
