If I had to pick just one, George, it'd have to be the Risk Breakdown Structure (the first of the RBS's...). It provides a good way of thinking about risk taxonomies, makes it harder to forget about opportunities (positive risks) when identifying risks, and when we categorize our identified risks against the RBS, it helps us see where we might have gaps...
