I am trying always to read a book not related to management and this month I am reading Great Expectations for Dickens and it is the best for this year so far , so how about you ? Saving Changes...
Totally unrelated to project management, but I was hooked by the Hulu series so I read Lawrence Wright's The Looming Tower and found it hard to put down.
I also got hooked on Richard K. Morgan's Takeshi Kovacs cyberpunk trilogy after binge-watching Altered Carbon on Netflix.

My favorite Dickens is Bleak House. It is long but I loved it. I love to read but have spent so much time reading for exam prep that as soon as I passed the last test I ran out to the book store and bought 3 new books. Read the first in a day. It was called How to Stop Time. It was ok. The 2 others were part of a series about witches. I needed something light and easy. Last year I read Paths Of Glory by Jeffrey Archer. It was about the first men to climb Everest. Pretty interesting. Saving Changes...

That is my second favorite Stephen King book (after The Stand), and definitely in my top ten list of fiction books.
It's unfortunate that none of the TV or film versions have really captured that sense of nostalgia and pre-teen/teen angst which King brought out in the story...

I loved The Stand as well. And I remember when reading IT I actually had to close the bathroom door after the scene where the werewolf came up out of the toilet. I don't think any movie based on a Stephen King book has captured the intensity of his books.
