That is my second favorite Stephen King book (after The Stand), and definitely in my top ten list of fiction books.
It's unfortunate that none of the TV or film versions have really captured that sense of nostalgia and pre-teen/teen angst which King brought out in the story...

I loved The Stand as well. And I remember when reading IT I actually had to close the bathroom door after the scene where the werewolf came up out of the toilet. I don't think any movie based on a Stephen King book has captured the intensity of his books. Saving Changes...
