Seeking SIX SIGMA Black Belt Case Study

I'm currently working towards my Six Sigma Black Belt, for which I need to complete a project using Six Sigma. I have been on a career break for a couple of years and am not currently working directly in the PM field. I could choose a virtual project, but that wouldn't benefit anyone but me. Through this method I hope to be of service, gain experience and my qualification.



I am looking for a company which has a possible Six Sigma project which I could manage and use as a case study. All I would ask is a small fee to be paid to cover some of the time spent working on it.


This would be a very cost effective way for a business to undertake a Six Sigma project, and would be guaranteed to be done "by the book" as it is for full Black Belt certification.


I am based in the UK but, as we know, the wonders of the virtual world and the mobile phone allow me to take a project from anywhere.


Please let me know of any leads to help achieve this.
