Acquire Project Team changed to Acquire Resources, what about develop and manage project team?

I've never seen a 2x4 which needs managing or a backhoe which needs to be developed :-). Those two processes are strictly focusing on human resources whereas the acquire process was expanded to cover non-human resources...
