I would like to add on sincerity, confidence and credibility. You thoroughly understand and mean what you say and you deliver it with confidence. (looking into the eyes of the listener and with purposeful gestures). This enhances your credibility.

Hi Kevin!

According to some studies, nonverbal communication ranges from 60% (most conservative) to 93% (most aggressive), which is why it is so important.

I would delete the word "interpreting" from your item #1. We can learn not only to interpret body language, but also to use it to help us communicate better.
