Dear Matthew,
I am assuming you mean management of web projects as opposed to project management via the web. You might have a look at, "Web Project Management: Delivering Successful Commercial Web Sites", by Ashley Friedlein. The author breaks web site construction into the following four phases:
- Pre-production
(Project Clarification, Solution Definition, Project Specification)
- Production
(Content, Design and Construction, Testing, Launch and Handover)
- Maintenance
- Evaluation
Typically, web project management books provide a methodology for web development along with examples and case studies, but you might find the "project management" content to be a bit light. Cheers.
