I really am not sure of the parameters of the answer - but my style is more democratic and more of a servant-leader.
Of course, I have the benefit of working with top experts in the areas of my projects (transformation, change management). But I have stuck by this approach even when I have had relatively young and new-to-the-area team members.
There have been times my approach has been taken advantage of, but overall it has served me well. Saving Changes...
I guess a chameleon so I can adapt to any situation.
That is very high-level adaptation I guess.
