I really am not sure of the parameters of the answer - but my style is more democratic and more of a servant-leader.

Of course, I have the benefit of working with top experts in the areas of my projects (transformation, change management). But I have stuck by this approach even when I have had relatively young and new-to-the-area team members.

There have been times my approach has been taken advantage of, but overall it has served me well.

Kevin - Does it really matter what others think or it matter you get the job done

I think I am like Sante, highly adaptable. I can change tactics based on the situation and team member. I can go from servant leader to more of a micro-manager, but I really do not enjoy being a micromanager as much.

I think it's mix of democratic and servant leadership style.
