EMP? If I lived in a big city, I'd grab my bug out bag, my guns, and head for the hills before the riots started.

Maybe I read too much post-apocalyptic fiction.

We had this issue one time and we used that time for inventory taking and counting nuts and bolts. There is always something you can utilise your team, subcontractors nd labor with.

I think the infrastructure we all rely on has become increasingly dependent on space technology, so without satellites, the world would be a very different place.

as a site PM....I would:
1. make sure I'm in a safe location
2. perform a quick evaluation to determine the extent of the issue/danger
3. focus on my family's safety (if needed) then people's safety in the near vicinity
4. once all are reasonably safe - determine plan to get the site back to normal operating condition (given that it's not godzilla or some major national event)

Meade This is something bigger than Godzilla LOL :) I agree the most concern would be safety, you, your team, your family
The site might not get back to normal for few days, weeks, months etc
