I want to be able to sell a project program management software product for my business. I'm noticing I'm selling other companies product and not selling my own product while I'm selling my services.
At the end of the day I want to be able to do both so I can make money off the memberships when users sign up. Does this make sense? I new and don't know where to start. I have everything from education, register business and all that setup already.
I just need ideas on how to begin this journey. I know there is no one solution for all clients but I still need a general idea. I don't know whether to partner with a ppm vendor, pay someone to develop something for me. I'm not trying to reinvent the wheel and I don't have much money to invest Saving Changes...
