Training on test plan design and development

I'm trying to find an online course that teaches how to design and develop a comprehensive testing plan for projects that involve a system implementation. Ideally the course would teach how to identify testing needs (validation, integration, E2E, UAT) as well as how to develop test cases. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

Have you checked within your own company as there likely are some existing test plans & test case repositories for similar projects? There might also be some quality standards and templates developed by your quality department...
