Great question, I'm wrestling with this now. My Director wants the company to go SAFe 4. He's way too busy trying to staff up for all our new contracts while handling multiple projects until replacements can be hired and trained (I'm one of those new guys), so he's not able to really advocate and train others on SAFe. I think senior management accepts his decision, but I don't think they understand the commitment needed from them. The teams are fairly Scrum-agile already (hold weekly scrums, use backlogs, etc.), but they've been ticket-driven trying to keep up with all of the new work instead of properly using stories and sprints. I see a lot of growing pains here in the near future.

^ Need a Coach to assist with filling roles and getting the framework setup, while working with individuals on getting prepared to take the reins of of coaching as an internal activity without the need for the consulting coach.
