Black Belt Six Sigma Qualification

I completed a five week course in the relevant subject last year. Unfortunately I’ve been unable to complete the required project for the qualification, as theirs no buy-in from my current employer for improvement projects. Can anyone advise how I can gain the qualification I seek? Thanks Lee
