Well actually embarrassed question hhhhhh. Yes! We always learn our mistakes to improve our competency in the future!!!! but sometimes some mistakes can't be avoided!!! it depends on some cases!!!

Tamer, actually this is not embarrassing we supposed to have the courage to admit our mistakes and move on share it with team as lesson learnt to avoid repeating the same mistakes. remember we're all human being and we all make mistakes.

Even though you know what to do and how to do, sometimes, when you are loaded with work, mistakes do happen again which is based on my experience.

MuthuKrishnan, that's different reason why mistakes happen so no matter the cause we need to admit the mistakes and learn from it so we wont repeat same mistake twice.

Not really, but I try to understand what went wrong and it really helps me to feel stronger also to face more challenges.

Knowingly making mistakes is not acceptable. Ocassional & unwarranted mistakes are part of life. Focus on Learning comes when the cost / effect of the mistake is significant
