Yes, I try to learn from mistakes to avoid them happening again. Mistakes provide helpful lessons.

A mistake is one of the best ways to learn!

Repeating them show that we didn't fully understand them the first time. So more to learn.

Elizabeth, thanks for your feedback the whole idea is that we should not repeat the same mistakes, new mistakes fine that can be added to lesson learnt

Vincent, I agree with you with little cautious because some of the mistakes are deadly and can not get up again, so learning from other's mistakes help a lot and doing RCA of our own mistakes to fully understand them is a good point thanks for your comment.
