When you make mistakes, make a point of teaching others what you've learned. Doing so builds connection and trust. The best leaders are the great teachers, coaches, right

It depends on the mistake and the situation. Sharing our experiences humanises us as professionals and improves connection with the others. However, it needs to be shared at the right time with the right people to ensure its effectiveness. Sharing too many mistakes might be counter-productive and instead of creating trust might result in doubt.

In this competitive world people have no time to listen/learn from others ……this is unfortunate.

People will not realize things until that happens to them…unfortunate most people are in this category
