Dinah - In my classes I use the Tower Game is a fun project management exercise that can be used by students of all ages, as well as adults.
The game teaches participants to consider time, cost, quality and risk. The game can use used as an ‘ice breaker’, a stand-alone exercise or as part of a class.

I used it to get resources for a high school student interested in Project Management, also a document to lead projects in non-profits. I' m fan of their web site! Saving Changes...
