Listening, enabler, servant leader, supportive. There's a lot about emotional intelligence and being organised that sometimes gets overlooked. You need to be a leader as much as being a team member.
Emily, yes.

To be a good leader you have to be a good follower first.
Emotional Intelligence and Empathy as a component of it is the core capability to permanently develop.

Would "knowing when to run for the hills" and "restraining oneself from jumping out of windows" be critical skills for project managers?
