In this presentation we will present a framework consisting of Lean for Knowledge Work, Systems Thinking, Agile methods, Canvasses, and Serious Games; that when applied; greatly increase the value to the customer, reduce (or eliminate) failed projects, and instill trust in project management as a true business partner.
