There are many ways in which Agile adoption is attempted at the Enterprise level. In the last decade, the most common approach is scaling up Team oriented frameworks, like Scrum, to entire Business Units and later to the entire enterprise. Little known or not mentioned, most of the concepts and Agile practices originated in the late 1970s (or even earlier) when the work environment was transformed by the introduction of the (personal) computer in the workplace - first as the 'brain' of machine tools and later as an office tool.

Agile transformation is an Organizational Change, it follows the rules of any Business Transformation and needs Executive support in order to succeed. This webinar is a presentation of the Agile transformation that the author was involved in, focusing on the role and the importance of executive support in Agile adoption.
