Overview

This discussion will focus on how a leader would know that a project team is on track and what they might be able to do to get things back in line if there are issues. It will leverage the Praxilient Outcome framework process at a high level and will demonstrate how a leader who may not know a lot about project management could benefit from engaging to assure their outcome expectations will be met. This is the 1-2-3-4-5 of build a line of sight between the expectations and the project work.
