Mark Mullaly explores how strategy is developed and the challenges that are encountered in its implementation. More importantly, he identifies the approaches that can be adopted to better align strategy and execution in organizations. Finally, he identifies what project managers can do to enhance the strategic impact of their projects, even in environments where these two concepts do not intersect as well as they should. What does it really mean to implement strategy? And how do we do it successfully? If these are important questions in delivering on our goals, then we’re pretty sure this presentation should be a priority.
