Organizations need to innovate. We want times to be innovate. We like to think that we, too, are innovative contributors to those around us.
We use the word a lot. Our executives exhort us to find innovative solutions. We like to believe that we can—and that we do—produce innovative results. But what an innovative solution actually looks like—and the path to get there—is not at all clear or well understood. In this webinar, Mark Mullaly tackles the challenge of actually innovating—what it is, what it looks like and how to do it. You’ll learn how to bring innovative approaches into your life and work, and how to manage innovation projects.
