Project HEADWAY: How Should We Be Managing Quality?
Overview
Some slides used in this video may not be entirely legible on screen so it is best to download the PDF file and follow along.
Much of what is defined as 'quality' in a project management context actually focusses on operational management. The tools of quality control and quality assurance were initially developed to support on-going, repeating operational processes. But projects are—be definition—unique. So the tools of quality management don't quite apply the same way. This webinar explores what quality management in a project management context might look like, and how we could go about managing it effectively.
