Management by Walking Around (MBWA) or ( Management By Wandering Around ) means getting out of the office and checking in with team members. It means not using the phone or email to communicate with the project team, and instead walking to their desks or locations and having face-to-face conversations. It also can lead to chance conversations en route - all of which can be very useful for supporting project delivery.
