Change adoption focus on the people side of change - right ideas supported by the right people. It is fruitful when people take ownership and responsibility for making a change last, eliminating the traditional approach. Ignoring the change, and aiming solely on the task execution, meeting deadlines - may lead to a state of having wasted time, and effort, on projects, that miserably hold a position in the organization. Change leaders have accepted that both the execution side and the people side of change need to be managed.

Technique

  1. Onboard and involve the right people
  2. Develop a common understanding of the future
  3. Assess change readiness
  4. Stakeholder commitment

"Ambition is like a frog sitting on a Venus Flytrap. The flytrap can bite and bite, but it won't bother the frog because it only has little tiny plant teeth. But some other stuff could happen and it could be like ambition."
