The attitude of the project manager plays a pivotal role on any project as it will affect the communication with the team and the client as well.

Why is PM Attitude very Important?

Attitude is the most important value on a Personal Level, Social Level and in Project Management as well. If you do not have the right attitude, you will encounter endless issues with the different stakeholders involved in your project, which will definitely reflect negatively on the project because some supportive stakeholders might become opposing if the PM have the wrong attitude. The relevance of having the right attitude stems from the very fact that every project comes with its own set of challenges.

Even if you have the knowledge, and you are hard-working, your achievements can never reach 100% without the right attitude.

Then:

KNOWLEDGE = 11+14+15+23+12+5+4+7+5 = 96%

HARDWORK = 8+1+18+4+23+15+18+11 = 98%

ATTITUDE = 1+20+20+9+20+21+4+5 = 100%
