Market analysis is a criterion to analyze our self with global competitors, the need, facility, costing, manpower, resource. It includes all activity, resources tangible or intangible which is associated with the project. Many a time the monetary value of the project is mare due to quality aspect or any other extra facility given. Some of the clients & project demands special attraction to gain the project value. Resource availability in the market, Human power associated with the project & local laws as applicable. We may have resources may be well knowledge but if we lack in analysis of the manpower then definitely it will cost the project. I will share my experience that How we gained the competitiveness in Structural steel field. The project which we undertook was from one of the eminent client. The only constraint was time which other competitors refused took carry the project. I along with may team & management analyses the situation, presented business plan to them. The benefits was that we would gain the market value, Brand name & the confidence in the, market. Various teams were allotted the task WBS structure, we adhered to it, and though it was one of the tough projects still we did it. At last after inspection it was erected & successfully operated.

The outcomes of the project:- • Gained Market value • Other orders of 10times more value • Confidence in the market • Other clients also approached us • Our competitiveness in the market • Value of the product was increased. Etc. These all we gained only by analyzing the need of the market.
