Refers to being alert and reacting/responding appropriately to conflicting world views including prejudices, thoughts and sensitivities of others. May not always be the best or a suitable approach to engage stakeholders. Be mindful of cultures, practices and customs of people in different localities. This can be of a group of people doing things differently yet within your very own community. Research beforehand; explain your views and seek clarification when engaging people in any way e.g. through writing or verbally.
