This quality planning process identifies the quality checklists the Team will use. The Senior Project Director and Quality Manager, in collaboration with the Team Leads and Process Owners, have defined and developed the quality checklists that are applicable to the Project of developing a telecom application for billing purpose. The Project Team will use the quality checklists an integral part of the process and product quality reviews. The Process Quality Assurance and Product Quality Assurance sections of this Quality Management Plan discuss the application of these checklists to the respective quality assurance processes These checklists are included in the Product and Process Quality Checklist sections of this document The Checklist verify following details (but are not limited) to developing a telecom application for billing purpose – ? Set of required steps has been performed ? The consistency of frequently performed tasks ? Acceptance criteria as per scope baseline ? Specify standards relating to the accuracy of measurement, reliability, and billing ? Billing System details
