Agile Transformation

Since Agile became one of the value driven project management methodology, most of the organizations are planning to move to Agile. As number of times it has been cited by many people, Agile is not a silver bullet for every project. Based on the project nature we can consider whether we can execute the project in waterfall or agile. If the requirements are clear, we can definitely opt for waterfall methodology. If it is a chaotic or complex projects agile is a good fit.
