Enterprise agility is a critical capability for organizations navigating rapid technological change, shifting market demands, and growing complexity. While many have adopted agile practices at the team level, far fewer have scaled them across the enterprise. To help address this challenge, PMI and the Agile Alliance launched the Manifesto for Enterprise Agility—a set of values and principles to help organizations move beyond isolated agile practices toward adaptive, enterprise-wide ways of working. 

As part of the development of the Manifesto, PMI spoke with a range of executive leaders to gather insights on what enterprise agility looks like in practice.
