Would it astound you to know that there is an industry with an unparalleled track record of delivering its projects on time? Without fail? And often with high levels of customer satisfaction?
Not only does it meet its deadlines, but it does so with a seeming grace that belies the stress and anxiety that exists behind the scenes. It accomplishes an incredible amount with surprisingly few resources. It creates physical results out of air and operates in a world where the perceptions of its customers are more important than anyone’s reality.
The industry of which I speak has little to do with construction, less to do with information technology, and while its entire focus is product development, you cannot purchase the results in any store.
