The Keys to Customer Satisfaction
Nothing could be more critical to your company's continued revenue stream than customers' overall satisfaction with the products and services that are being provided to them. What are the key elements in both establishing and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction? The following categories represent the elements of customer satisfaction that are key points in establishing and maintaining loyal customers. There is no ranking of these satisfaction elements. They are all equally important.
Commitment
Telling a customer that your corporation can produce results by a designated date and then coming up short will never endear you to the customer. Your verbal commitment is essentially an oral contract to perform. Your customer is taking your word at the face value that you promised to perform. When you make a commitment to a customer, be absolutely positive that you can honor that commitment before you make it to the customer. Undercommit and overdeliver are two key ingredients to keeping your customers satisfied and having them look upon your corporation as a key player in their success.
Honesty
Being dishonest and fabricating answers to customer questions will only lose business. All interactions with the customer have to take place on a higher plane than with colleagues and peers. There has to be preparation for each customer interaction, and if things are not
