Winds of Change (Management)
The effective management of product and environment changes is often administrated through a tier of people and applications to create the most efficient dispersion of information. While this method is commonly practiced and generally achieves the necessary results, there are still many opportunities and situations that require human intervention--a “personal touch” that needs to be available should circumstances arise.
It is commonly understood that successful deployment of an application, idea or process requires buy-in from the high level infrastructure level of an organization. Additionally, it needs to have similar support from internal and external forces, resources and other factors in order to be considered plausible, practical and profitable. Once this consensus is attained, belief in the goals of the project help to provide a sort of virtual “backbone” to the concept, giving structure from which to build from and a framework to fall back on.
Clause and Affect
To help employees, clients and others who may be affected, as well as those who are part of implementing the change, there needs to be an agreed upon plan to provide clarity and brevity of message as pertains to each one’s profession, area and responsibility.
