CRM for Troubled Times
Any false confidence you may have about the stability of the world as you know it should be gone right about now. Carrying over our youthful sense of self into the present day, we often don’t think of our own mortality or how easily affected we can be by changes around us since we are often able to plow forward, work to resolve problems, and find resolution in our business and everyday life. Every once in a while though, a chain of calamitous events seems to come down like an avalanche onto our preconceived notions so that we have to brush off the debris, scratch our collective heads, stare dumbly at the heavens, and ask why they happened.
These are the times when, although we may require support ourselves, our customers need nurturing even more.
